Minnow’s smart food pod secures deliveries, eliminates lobby clutter, and tracks every delivery and pickup in one sleek product — paired with MinnowOS, complimentary software that keeps tenants safe with expiration notifications and lets property teams monitor usage. The leadership team came to Cooth with a website that was informative but frictional: prospects couldn’t buy a pod without talking to a rep first. In simple terms? Great product, but no way to close the sale without a human in the loop. We led a UX/UI overhaul of the home and product pages, building a streamlined path to purchase and elevating the copy to be succinct, clear, and engaging throughout the journey. The full redesign, brand updates, and new ecommerce mechanism launched in under two months — and drove a purchase order within the first month, with zero paid support behind it.
