Minnow faced a conversion issue. The first-of-its-kind smart food pod secures deliveries, eliminates clutter, and keeps track of every delivery and pickup order, all within one sleek product designed to elevate any lobby. Their complimentary software keeps tenants safe with expiration notifications, and allows Minnow customers to monitor usage with MinnowOS. While their website was informative, it failed to provide a frictionless experience for customers looking to purchase a Minnow pod without a demo or frankly, without interacting with a human.
Cooth intervened with a UX and UI overhaul, creating a streamlined path to purchase. We enhanced the design elements across the home and product pages, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey, and elevated the copy to ensure the website was succinct, clear, and engaging.

Certus Core is a veteran-founded software company committed to changing the way people and machines interact with data. Their product, sKG, builds knowledge systems that cut through data noise and support AI powered chat-like queries. While their product was already incredible, their messaging wasn’t clear or ownable, and they needed support telling their story to investors and customers alike.
Cooth stepped in as a true brand and marketing partner, starting with the basics: a brand foundation. Having the bones to support great content was imperative – and so was adjusting their messaging for non-technical readers. Beyond that, we created a content strategy and updated several marketing materials to reflect the new branding, attract the right audiences, and inform potential customers about their sKG use cases. Today, we continue to provide ongoing content creation and event support to add fuel to Certus Core’s marketing efforts and enable their Series A raise.

simplySOLV is a financial data analytics startup that serves government entities. Their AI-driven software is the first meaningful update to the manual, traditional reporting solutions that audits require and will drive quicker, more informed decision making. Cooth was brought on at the onset for branding, marketing, and web development, and later for UX, UI & audience research.
Cooth stepped in as a full brand & marketing resource, creating simplySOLV’s logo, brand architecture, messaging, web design & dev, and more. Once they had the structure to begin sales conversations, we helped create pitch decks & presentations to highlight their innovative solution. As they started building out the MVP, we stepped in as a UX & UI partner to ensure the software build-out perfectly matched the brand identity that we crafted together.

C. Light is disrupting the world of preventative brain health. Their ai-driven retinal-tracking solutions (hardware + software) are capable of tracking the smallest of retinal movements with the ability to detect abnormal patterns. They’re on a mission to enable early detection and earlier intervention of diseases like Alzheimer's, Dementia and MS. As traction progressed with FDA clearance of their device, the Retitrack, C. Light was in need of marketing support, a brand revamp, and thought leadership strategy to set them apart from the pack.

Our partnership with Streetfair, a dynamic double-sided marketplace for homeowners and home service providers, was centered on establishing a strong brand foundation and messaging, enhancing marketing and sales enablement, and devising tactical go-to-market strategies. We implemented a comprehensive campaign that included influencer activations, direct mailers (yes, those are still a thing), and social media engagement to effectively reach and engage their target audience.
Qualitative Outcomes
To start, we delivered a rock-solid brand foundation that drove all future messaging and brand activations. To build on that, we provided the team with a 60-day blueprint to test activation concepts. As a part of this, we successfully launched the StreetFair CLT instagram handle to support an overarching influencer campaign where we provided imagery, copy (and laughs) as we used humor to target StreetFair’s target audience.

Elitone is a femtech startup that invented revolutionary incontinence treatments to strengthen the pelvic floor and improve bladder health. Our work began with digging into what Elitone stands for - empowering women to live their best lives. Their existing look and feel wasn't resonating, and we revamped their identity to reflect the value they bring to a pressing problem.
Bounce rates were high and conversion was low. We partnered with Elitone's Co-Founders to redesign the UX and UI of their busiest website pages (Home, Products, and Science) to improve readability and scrolling.
Elitone's marketing efforts weren't driving traffic to the website, despite efforts across multiple channels. Cooth came to the table with a creative brand unveiling strategy, overarching campaign, and tactics to support them.

It’s not everyday you get to help your friends launch a business in your community. Nick & Allie trusted us with their dream to open a gym that was luxurious, but not pretentious.
